Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Business Development Lead to help us scale. You’ll identify growth opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive new revenue channels. If you're a natural relationship-builder with a sharp commercial instinct and a knack for turning leads into long-term wins — this is your role to own.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts, identifying and nurturing opportunities across global markets.

  • Engage directly with decision-makers—founders, CXOs, and directors—to build relationships and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) to align client goals with Two Words’ offerings.

  • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate value and impact.

  • Stay attuned to market trends, competition, and client needs to proactively suggest solutions and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in design, tech, or consultancy sectors.

  • Strong network across industries (consulting, finance, healthcare, tech, media).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with design/tech terminologies and a passion for user-centric solutions.
