Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Business Development Lead to help us scale. You’ll identify growth opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive new revenue channels. If you're a natural relationship-builder with a sharp commercial instinct and a knack for turning leads into long-term wins — this is your role to own.
Key responsibilities
Lead business development efforts, identifying and nurturing opportunities across global markets.
Engage directly with decision-makers—founders, CXOs, and directors—to build relationships and drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) to align client goals with Two Words’ offerings.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate value and impact.
Stay attuned to market trends, competition, and client needs to proactively suggest solutions and partnerships.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in design, tech, or consultancy sectors.
Strong network across industries (consulting, finance, healthcare, tech, media).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with design/tech terminologies and a passion for user-centric solutions.
