BCG (Boston Consulting Group) was looking to pitch an idea to an FMCG conglomerate to empower quicker decision-making across business lines using a state-of-the-art brand management tool.
They needed to be able to showcase the app concept at an international event. BCG also had yet to finish designing the core elements of their app.
Data scientists brought the concept to life by enabling more expedient brand decisions across business verticals.
The app was to be designed in a very fast-moving environment with changes that came in every few hours as we had to coordinate with the London, New York, and Bombay Offices for approvals.
So we shifted to a hotel near the BCG office in Bombay and lived with their analyst to execute this product in just 12 days.
The client was a 3 billion dollar conglomerate.

They also wanted a single user interface that could quickly be customised to meet various brands’ reports and data analyses.
BCG’s CXO provided the approval that the team was seeking, and the product was sold for $4 million.
