Boston Consulting Group x RRTS
Boston Consulting Group, which is our repeat client, approached us with a unique project and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. This project was the foundation of the next-generation infrastructure of India, Rapid Rail Transport System, a multi-million dollar project (2500 crores INR) would change the way people travel in Northern India.
next station - Data Generation
NRCTC (BCG’s client) was clear in their objective of making this app. They aim to maximise user experience so that data and revenue can be generated through the upcoming RRTS metro stations. The customer journey of the app was pretty straightforward from station to destination. We wanted the user to be aware and in control of the journey.
Buying tickets for the journey in just a few clicks with the API of UPI.
In Train Status and air quality of the surrounding with safety features for passengers and real-time tracking.
Maps with AR abilities to seamlessly navigate to and from platforms.
Ability to buy food court coupons and book cabs right from the app itself while travelling.
Fast Track Delivery
We talked to the decision-makers at BCG and got a clear understanding of their requirements. After exhaustive research, we presented them with the app design in three weeks. The prototype was fully clickable and showcased their desired touchpoints.
The app was presented to the stakeholders by the BCG, they were blown away and got on board immediately and approved the app for development. The parts of the app are still being used and built upon after the Board members at NRCTC and Senior Partners at BCG approved it. The App was sold at 7 figures.
