  • Navigate a nascent, fragmented market—where terminology, pricing, and service expectations were still being shaped.

  • Differentiate the offering in a space rapidly influenced by figures like Brian Johnson and global wellness movements.

  • Build for dual audiences: B2B channels for immediate revenue and B2C channels for long-term brand equity.

  • Create a digital-first identity for a category that historically depended on offline, clinic-first marketing and legacy UX.
